I was looking through some old batches which I thought were useless, I found that the roasting had been going very smooth and almost perfect untill the drum stopped. So, I decided to restore one before last settings and try similar profile with the new motors.
This can be a costly choice when I try it in the ideal settings so, I really need to cudgele my brains to fix em right.
