If it were bussiness, this makes less than 40%  yield and is not enough to produce any profit but creating loss because the beans loose weight and the yield shrink down.   Plus you need to select the beans to tune up the taste and their appearance.   Total output could be less than 30%.    
I know it is quite dangerous to judge in three days after roast.   But I am glad than dissapointed since these three batches may be home runs than hits.   

Not all beans weren't that speciality grades but their outcome is good enough to be called special; comparable to the ones what famous roasters around provide.
